    the deluxe queen room suited us: it had climate control, a safe box and multi-channel television. location: the hotel was next to the beach, the main restaurant.

    Didn't like the staff, some of them were poorly trained.

    Very big area, good animation activities, 24hours gym room access, open area gym also, good food (but can be improved)

    Could be more green between the villas. But I saw they are improving :). Need renovation of the paths.

    I come back again.

    I am a regular guest in this hotel. The sevice and treatment was like always ver kind and nice. The room was cleand perfect, food also good and the beach aldo clean.

    Only the music at the beach was for in my opinion to loud.

    Our stay there was perfect. This nicely appointed hotel worth its 5 stars, everything was really good. The beds were big, the room was nicely decorated and new-fashioned with great view. Inclusive and amazing breakfast and other services were really great.

    We've already stayed in several five-star hotels in Hurghada and this one does not lagging behind. The beach is very long and never crowded, we used to be the only swimmers in the lagoon and this is the biggest advantage of this hotel. We enjoyed watching the fish and crab, the variety of nature. There are four lagoons, two are 3 m deep, and the other two are shallow and the tighter is more pronounced. They are good if you have small children. There are not enough showers and toilets on the beach, but we had to go to the pool, which is not pleasant at high temperatures. The drinks on the beach are served from glasses that are washed on the beach buffet and we always carried our glasses, which we have washed ourselves. It would be better if you gave small bottles of water. Coffee machines offer a very poor selection of drinks, the coffee is not good quality. We are satisfied with food, which is based on several vegetables and salads, but the preparation of meat is not diverse. Cakes are simple, patisserie and pudding, but we did not mind it, because we do not eat cakes. We would like the fruit to be more versatile. The night program is very uninteresting, animators are amateurs and can not entertain such a large number of guests. The hotel is isolated, out of town and there is no entertainment in the area. At the reception they are not pleased when a guest requests a change of room and do not have a good insight into what their rooms are empty. We waited for an hour to change our room. They do not take into account that some guests are less mobile and can not be in villas that are high above the beach or away from the restaurant. If you find it difficult to walk, this is not a hotel for you, because the resort is big and the question is where you will get a room. The rooms are well equipped, but the beds are quite hard for those who have a spinal problem. In our room the terrace had a nice side view of the sea, but it was very small and the sound of the fan from the other toilets of the other rooms was constantly heard. Each toilet has a window and it's not clear to us why such noisy fans are built. We thank the staff they found and returned the glasses we lost on the beach, we felt safe. We enjoyed the beach, we are satisfied with the service and we would again come to this hotel, but only in a room that is closer to the beach.

    They clean very well the room, they change everyday the towels. Spacious room (I was staying in the main building)

    They couldn't find my reservation as I booked through Booked.net. It took 1 hour at the reception in order to find my reservation. I needed to call several times to the head offices of Booked.net and from my cell-phone to find my booking.

    The resort offered an very nice family-friendly experience with our dog, with beautiful beach access, multiple swimming pools, and engaging activities. The children's area was a big hit with plenty of fun games. The diving center was also great for our little adventurers!

    My kids wished they had more ice cream flavors available.
